Initial Consultation (90 minutes):
During the initial comprehensive visit we will discuss your primary health concerns, health history and establish personalized goals. I provide an intake form pre-visit. I encourage folks to provide any relevant lab work and history of medications or supplements in order to help me build an understanding of your framework. Together we will consider integrating the appropriate herbs, nutritious food choices and lifestyle changes that will best support your experience as an individual. At the end of our session you will receive a personalized protocol that will include custom herbal formulas, nutritional recommendations, discounted supplements, and potential practitioner referrals. Individualized formulas will be made available 24-48 hours post-visit, in order to give focused attention to formulation specific to your needs.
Herbs and custom formulas discussed in our session are always available at a discounted cost and should arrive 1-3 days after our session. Although I am able to supply you with remedies, there are a variety of ways to source your herbs — we can discuss what best suits your needs.
Follow Up Visits (30-45 minutes):
I recommend a follow up 3-4 weeks after our initial consultation. In this appointment we will discuss the original protocol and consider any changes or variations to your action plan. We will also discuss any ongoing support needed to reach your health goals.
Payment & Pricing
I offer initial herbal consultation at a rate of $75 for a 90 minute in-depth personalized consultation.
Follow up visits are offered at a reduced rate of $50 per 60 minute session. It is important to me that these offerings are accessible. Please contact me if you are interested in working together and this pricing is not within your budget — we can make something work.
Payment is due at time of service. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment. Failure to contact me within the 24 hour notice will require payment in full.
At a rate of $20 I offer regular check-ins in the form of short 20-25 minute phone calls or email exchange to discuss any acute issues or further questions/support.
Please note that herbal medicine is not a licensed practice in the United States. Although I am a holistic practitioner, I am not a licensed healthcare practitioner. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. If your health concerns are beyond my scope I will be sure to discuss this with you and provide you with an appropriate referral.
